Getting to know me
I’m a Londoner now living in the sunny south of Switzerland. I’m a qualified occupational therapist who transitioned into coaching in 2022 during my own life revamp. Now I can still support clients in creating fulfilling lives, but as a coach and guide rather than a healthcare provider.
My background
My background as an occupational therapist has given me extensive experience with both physical and mental health challenges, particularly in mental health, trauma recovery, work rehabilitation, and neurodevelopmental support. I’m endlessly curious about what makes us who we are, and what shapes the decisions we make.
Why it matters
This work is deeply important to me. I’ve been through my own chapter of recovery, so I understand what it’s like to be put through one of life’s spin cycles and to find yourself grasping for steady ground on the other side.
How I work
Through my coaching, I provide a space that’s safe, steady, and completely tailored to you; a space where you can explore what’s next with someone who truly understands and is there for you, without judgment, pressure, or unrealistic expectations.
My approach is energetic and compassionate, and my belief is simple: everything is possible with the right support.
